On the fifth floor of an old building from 1905, a home with the charm of a studio unfolds over 138 square meters. Historic beams and large skylights flood this refuge with plenty of natural light and offer far-reaching views of the city. A spacious living room and lounge area guarantee peace and quiet and invite you to linger, while the open kitchen blends seamlessly into the dining area and promises convivial moments. INTERIOR DESIGN
The studio combines historic charm with modern character through its palette of gray, white and warm wood tones. Rustic beams contrast with the light-filled rooms and the carefully curated artwork adds depth and individuality to each space. The minimalist, open-plan bathroom offers relaxation, while the living and sleeping areas invite you to linger with soft colors and soft furnishings.
MATERIALS & DETAILS
The monochrome color choice of materials provides additional lightness: whitewashed wooden beams, gray-tinted brickwork and the gray concrete floor set the framework for high-quality textures throughout the loft. Copper accents in the bathrooms and seating made of teddy and bouclé fabric lend this apartment a special charm that is further emphasized by eclectic details such as the ceramic tableware and furniture made of white plastic in the style of the 1970s.
Amenities & Services
All apartments have been furnished in partnership with local, independent brands – handmade ceramics, natural care products in the bathrooms and organic bed linen from Berlin.
We are happy to offer you a cleaning and laundry service – four-legged friends are also very welcome in the apartments!
The studio is also suitable for longer stays and project phases – all options at a glance.
