APARTMENTS BERLIN
In a protected industrial building dating from 1905, located in the upcoming Berlin district of Wedding in Mitte, five extraordinary Design apartments were created: two spacious lofts, two exclusive penthouses, and a stylish studio. Each apartment has been designed with its own unique color scheme, combining clean lines, high ceilings, and carefully curated vintage- designer furniture, to create an inspiring temporary home.
Original pieces from the 20th century create an eclectic style and make each apartment a total work of art. Modern technology and comfort create a subtle composition of aesthetics, functionality, and urban elegance. Each apartment is furnished and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and underfloor heating.
The apartments are located in a secure building with an elevator that offer ideal conditions for temporary living or long-term rental – in the heart of Berlin Wedding/Mitte, a neighborhood in constant evolution, full of character and cultural energy.

Had a wonderful stay at this loft in Berlin. The space is bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home right away. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location is fantastic—close to great cafes, restaurants, and easy transport connections—yet still quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and inspiring place in Berlin.

I had a truly wonderful stay here. From the moment I arrived I felt warmly welcomed by the team and communication throughout was smooth and easy.
The space itself is beautiful. You can tell there is an excellent design team behind it. Everything is thoughtfully put together and very well equipped which made my stay both comfortable and inspiring.
The location could not be better, just a block away from the station, with a supermarket around the corner, a great coffee shop nearby, and even an amazing listening bar right next door.
As a designer I really appreciated the attention to detail in both the design and hospitality. I was so happy with everything and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Ich hatte vor kurzem das Vergnügen, in einem der Apartments von Stadtflucht zu wohnen, und ich bin absolut zufrieden. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, ästhetisch eingerichtet und bot alles, was ich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigte. Die Lage ist perfekt, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen und dennoch in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten zu sein. Das Team von Stadtflucht war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und der gesamte Buchungsprozess war unkompliziert. Ich vergebe gerne 5 Sterne und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
