On the second floor of the old building from 1905, the penthouse loft 2.5.1 unfolds on around 70 square meters as a quiet retreat in Berlin. High ceilings lend the room a special spaciousness, while the open floor plan combines living, dining and cooking into a flowing spatial structure. The bright kitchen blends into the living area in a clear and minimalist way and forms the focal point of the apartment.
With its deep dark green color scheme, the bedroom provides a deliberate contrast to the bright living space and creates a quiet, sheltered atmosphere within the open loft. A workplace by the window offers a pleasant place to work with a view of the daylight.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior combines design classics with selected vintage furniture and changing contemporary art. Clear lines, reduced forms and carefully curated objects characterize the space and give it a timeless, almost gallery-like atmosphere. Individual pieces of furniture from different design eras set characterful accents and give the loft its calm, individual identity.
MATERIALS & DETAILS
Light surfaces, natural materials and textile structures create a balance between architectural clarity and homely warmth. The combination of classic design pieces, vintage finds and changing art lends the apartment a lively yet understated elegance – a space that can be rediscovered time and time again.

All Apartments have been equipped with products by local, independant brands. Handmade ceramics, natural beauty products in all the bathrooms, and eco-certified bed linens from Berlin.
