In a protected industrial building dating from 1905, located in the upcoming Berlin district of Wedding in Mitte, five extraordinary Design apartments were created: two spacious lofts, two exclusive penthouses, and a stylish studio. Each apartment has been designed with its own unique color scheme, combining clean lines, high ceilings, and carefully curated vintage- designer furniture, to create an inspiring temporary home.
Original pieces from the 20th century create an eclectic style and make each apartment a total work of art. Modern technology and comfort create a subtle composition of aesthetics, functionality, and urban elegance. Each apartment is furnished and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and underfloor heating.
The apartments are located in a secure building with an elevator that offer ideal conditions for temporary living or long-term rental – in the heart of Berlin Wedding/Mitte, a neighborhood in constant evolution, full of character and cultural energy.

Had a wonderful stay at this loft in Berlin. The space is bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home right away. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location is fantastic—close to great cafes, restaurants, and easy transport connections—yet still quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
